Really enjoyed the place, had a very enjoyable stay in winter. We booked guest room that was complete with the extra large double bed, a huge bathroom plus all the amenities as advertised. The location of the hotel was magnificent, in the delightful conservatory.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. Located in the domestic zone, it was a good base for a short stay. The location was great and lovely - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was perfectly clean and provided with a very comfortable 4 poster bed and a huge bathroom. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.

Compact units for the extra large double bed, enjoyed it. The staff were excellent and very pleasant too. The location was particularly good for exploring this local area, short walk to mevagissey harbour and St Austell, shops and eateries in the town, and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Have stayed here before, this is a quiet hotel, recommend. It was clean place, staff were efficient, and I truly enjoyed my airy room. Got a tasty breakfast promptly served. The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away.

Would definitely go back, it was an enjoyable stay for 2 nights. The staff is attentive, the breakfast sensational, the location is fantastic next to St Austell train station, all the local tourist spots including Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charleston and Megavissey and other areas and places.
